Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Secure Packaging

Place the jewelry in its original designer box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
